Ashley joined Saltus at the beginning of 2021 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to instigate technological innovation across the firm. He has extensive hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of technologies, platforms, and business domains. He specialises in front-to-back IT systems across capital markets, private banking, asset management and corporate finance.

Ashley has almost 20 years’ experience in the asset management world having led technology teams as CTO at both Edmond de Rothschild and Finisterre Capital.
