Nuts Challenge 2018

Team Saltus complete the Nuts Challenge 2018!

On Saturday 1st September a team of 50 Saltus staff and clients completed a gruelling 7km course and raised £20,000 for Child Rescue Nepal! Our incredible team battled through mud, obstacles, braved their fear of heights and deep water to support this charity that is very dear to our hearts. See if you can spot any of our team at the start!

We were also honoured to count some members of the charity among our team, including two who had made the trip from Nepal to join us!  Jamuna and Jagadish travelled over 7,000 miles for the challenge and were on hand to tell us exactly how much our support means to them and the children they help.

Joanna Bega, CEO of Child Rescue Nepal said "We are so grateful to everyone at Saltus who took part in the Nuts Challenge in September.  It’s a gruelling course but everyone threw themselves into it with great enthusiasm. Raising over £20,000 is a truly remarkable result and will make a huge difference to our work. We will be using the funds to support and rehabilitate child victims of slavery in Nepal. A huge thank you to all who ran and who sponsored to achieve this wonderful “We are so grateful to everyone at Saltus who took part in the Nuts Challenge in September.  It’s a gruelling course but everyone threw themselves into it with great enthusiasm.
