Parking

If you are arriving by car, there are two car parking spaces to the front of the office for visitors.

Alternatively, there is lots of free parking on the residential roads surrounding the office. These roads are:

  • St Clements Avenue
  • Manchester Drive
  • Kingswood Chase

Train

If you are arriving by train, the nearest train station is Leigh-on-Sea. It is a 23 minute walk to the office and does involve uphill walking. Please refer to the map for directions.

Taxi

There is a taxi rank outside the train station. A taxi normally takes 5 minutes and costs £8 to £10. If there are no taxis here, you can use the below numbers to contact local taxis:

Once you have arrived, please find your way to the main entrance on 1279 London Road. Please press the buzzer and someone will open the door for you.

There is step-free access to the ground floor, along with an accessible toilet on the ground floor. Please note that there is no step-free access to the 1st and 2nd floors.

Once you have contacted us, we’ll have an initial discussion to understand more about what you are trying to achieve and how your existing assets and investments are structured. We’ll then have some further meetings to garner an in-depth understanding of your requirements and provide you with a report that outlines our recommended financial plan.

There’s no charge for the initial steps. As our plans are bespoke to your objectives, charges will depend on what’s recommended to you. These will be outlined in full before you progress with us.
