Louis has worked in the financial service industry for 20 years, where he has progressed from customer services to paraplanning, and now works as an adviser. This path has instilled in Louis the importance of the client experience in relation to their financial planning. He holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has achieved Chartered status.
