Malcolm Harper joined Saltus in December 2024 as Managing Director of Abacus Associates and Abacus Advisers, following the merger of Tavistock’s financial advice businesses with Saltus. With over 30 years of experience in financial services, he has built a career focused on providing clarity and confidence in financial decision-making. Malcolm believes financial planning should be straightforward and accessible, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their position and the steps ahead.

As Managing Director, Malcolm leads the Abacus group of companies as a distinct business unit within Saltus, maintaining its client-first approach whilst benefiting from the broader resources and technology of the group.
