Regardless of your role or how long you’ve worked for us, we’ll work with you to agree a working pattern that works for you and works for the business.

We recognise that everyone has commitments and passions beyond work. We also know that not everyone performs at their best in a nine to five office environment. And we understand that the working pattern you need is likely to be as individual as you are.

We have a number of different office locations, and we believe absolutely in the importance of all of us spending regular face to face time together. How and when we spend that time together though should be flexible and targeted at those meetings and interactions that really add the most value. Generally, Saltusers are in one of our office locations for a minimum of two days a week.

Critically: we hire great people who we can trust to do an amazing job for our clients, and who we therefore trust to work in a way that’s right for them, and that’s right for Saltus. It’s as simple as that!
