Josh’s approach to advising is to take the time to learn about his clients’ individual circumstances, goals and aspirations. Josh has a particular interest in helping people fully understand their finances, and enjoys delivering personalised, robust and flexible plans without unnecessary complexity or industry jargon.

Josh joined Saltus in January 2021 with a background in money broking. He has since attained the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning awarding him Chartered status. Josh is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Fellow of the PFS, the highest possible level of qualification. Josh has a first class BA Hons degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter which afforded him the opportunity to study in Canada as part of his degree.

Josh is passionate about empowering individuals to grasp their financial situation, creating tailored and adaptable plans that are straightforward and free from unnecessary jargon.
